Brian did an amazing job selling our house. Not only was he very responsive, he personally replied to all of our e-mails/communications rather than other real estate companies that had their assistants call us back. Strategic and honest, he recommended some things for us to do to get the best return on the sale. Once listed, we had numerous immediate offers and when the buyer that was offering the most fell through, he quickly got two other offers as back-ups at the same price, ready to go immediately. Brian helped sell my house this past August, 2020. This is the fourth time I have used Brian to buy or sell property. We called Brian well over a year ago, just to let him know we were thinking about selling our home in Brentwood. He helped us understand what was involved, and kept in touch, regularly provided good information, but never "pestered" us while we were trying to decide what to do. My experience with Brian Sharp is from the perspective of a seller (while he was representing his buyers.) If you are a seller and are considering accepting an offer from someone represented by Brian, I recommend that you decline. He and his buyers wasted our time keeping us tied up in escrow for an extended period of time. (Our realtor eventually ended up sending a Notice to Perform.) Most people do home inspections for the purpose of making sure there are no serious, hidden problems with the home.
