I would never give one dollar to a business who’s owner represents himself and his business in such a way! Bullying people online?! Really? If you don’t agree with something someone has done and you have more knowledge about their activities, what you do is educate them. Not call them names. To say these things to a stranger and potential customer is ridiculous. There are other businesses to give your money to besides this one and I say choose anyone over this guy. Then to wish bad things on a person because that person made an ill informed choice?! That’s even worse. Stay away from this

Do yourself a huge favor and call Mike before your trip to Kauai. He is a wealth of knowledge and has all the connections on the island. We reached out to Mike via email to ask about stocking our fridge for our arrival and ended up not only making a great friend, but delivering a couple SUPs to our house, finding a local (and amazing) musician to come and play beachside, securing a local babysitter, and he sharing tips and tricks and ideas for us to keep us busy. We ate at his new spot the Hanalei Bread Company a few times and we were just so impressed with Mike and his wife and their business

I can't speak more highly of Mike, who helped make our family vacation in Kauai so special and memorable. From stocking our fridge for our arrival to guiding us along the Kalalau trail to scheduling impromptu surf lessons, Mike simply does it all, imparting his insight and local knowledge every step of the way. Most importantly, Mike was ever so gracious, friendly and thoughtful. We will miss Mike nearly as much as we'll miss the island, and look forward to staying in touch. Mike made our family vacation in Kauai the best we've had. He was instantly a friend-he is so easygoing and personable that I forget this is his business! We just felt lucky to hang out with him. He is organized, connected and laid-back. He found us the ideal place for our stay that was private, secluded, and beautiful. We will definitely meet up with him anytime we go, and we are making sure our friends know about him too. Mike knows and respects the island- the people, the plants and animals and ocean. He's doing it right.

Back in September, a friend recommended Mike at Kauai Style Vacations to help us out with finding a rental in Kauai. Little did we know that Kauai was already packed! Mike was still able to find us the PERFECT place for our family. We were thrilled! He was very responsive to my emails and set us up beautifully. He gave us great tips, came over to meet us personally when we arrived, and always checked in to see how our stay was going! We recently hired Mike as our concierge and all-around go-to guy for all our vacation needs in Hawaii. Besides having great knowledge of the area and people, Mike was probably the most responsive vendor we worked with. We found a lot of vendors took days and sometimes a week or two to respond to emails/calls, but Mike responded within the same day. Mike helped us with all of our needs, from scouting rental properties, acting as a hiking/kayaking guide, to helping us set up for a private wedding.
