The staff took time to review the rhinoplasty process and provided specific instructions for prep and post procedure.
The surgical center staff were helpful and communicative before and after the procedure.
The follow-up text reminders were a plus and I was able to contact them directly if I had any questions.
The results as of 45 days post operation are excellent, little scarring, major swelling is reduced.

Dr. Yu was extremely thorough and patient with me throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I did not feel rushed at all during our consultation. I was very indecisive about the size of the incision I wanted and Dr. Yu was extremely patient with me, and even took the time to discuss what I wanted again the day of the procedure. I felt like Dr. Yu really wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Also, both Morgan and Macy at the front desk were very kind and helpful.

Dr. Yu and his team are great! Dr. Yu took his time explaining the process and answering any questions I had during my consultation and again right before the procedure. I was so nervous. I called maybe 3 times before my appointment just to have things explained to me again and Macy and Morgan were not bothered at all to help me feel better about what I was getting done. I had to reschedule my follow up last minute and they worked with me. The procedure went great!! I fully trusted Dr. Yu and he did not disappoint. He does not push any additional things on you and listens to what you’re looking
