I was traveling from Washington DC to Columbia MO and had a flat. The lock collar was stripped and I couldn’t get it loose. On a 4th of July weekend everything was closed. I’d be stuck for a day. Josh got me out of a serious bind. He worked at it until he broke the spare free. I can now get to my destination on time! Thanks for going the extra mile! Great job!!!

I don't really leave reviews but I had too today just a few minutes ago I got my car towed for the very first time, and the driver was very nice and polite loaded up my car quick and easy and got it to where I needed probably one of the things I was stressing but after the first interaction I new it was going to be a good day. I called it in a day prior and the person who answered very professional and got me set up a big relief definitely would recommend to anyone.

On Thursday April 15, 2021 I was having trouble with my truck. A2B towing was dispatched and estimated time was 90 minutes. Well it only took them 30 minutes. A wonderful man by the name Micheal S. showed up and went above and beyond to help me. He fixed my truck so it would shift into gear so I could get home. Explained to me what happened and what I needed to get fixed. He was very friendly and caring. Also Laura the dispatcher was very kind and caring too when I called. A great group of people. My tow Driver (Dave) came in the most crucial time. He was patient and understanding and was informed on the matter. He was able to diagnose the problem and help calm the nerves of the incident. As far as the Tow, he didn’t cause any access damage and made sure to take every safety precaution to load my vehicle. Great service!

TL:DR - Super painless experience. Quoted an hour to get to me, ended up being 20 min. Everything was automated via text, confirmation of tow, notification of driving coming, driver being 5 min out, payment receipt, and completion. Reasonable price, and really friendly service.

This Towing Company is not professional and charges are not legal. My ca was there overnight and they charged me for 2 days storage. Hook up and towing for 5 miles was 145.00 Fuel for 5 miles was 14.50 and what on earth was the admin fee of 40.00 for.
It was not 24 hours but was charged 40.00 a day for 2 days.
Please do not support such a dishonest company

So last night when I returned from my trip, I arrived at my car to find I had a flat tire.. I went ahead and found a number to a local 24 hour towing service.. OMGOODNESS they were SO NICE! the lady was so concerned for me she sent someone out right away.. Infact.. he was there to me in less than 10 minutes. I didnt have a spare tire and with it being a Sunday night, no where to take my car to fix it. So he aired it up and checked where the nail was in my tire to see how much it was leaking air to ensure I could make it home safely.. He was concerned and asked that I please go to the nearest gas

Great service! I called for a quote. It was the cheapest of all the others. My 19 yr old son was with the car. Then I got the Yelp coupon, emailed it to his phone and he ended only having to pay the driver $17! Everyone was professional and they came right out in the rain! We will use them again if we need a tow. Nothing like great customer service.
