Three weeks ago and I just got a call and it’s done now … almost a month later … if you need sooner please plan a month or two months ahead I guess . My issue was more than not get in time. I had no update , I was the one who called in ask for an update. Things happen , and Covid impacted huge for everyone . It would have been nice to know what happened during the process

Walked in today and showed Trevor what I wanted for my company Hats and shirts and he helped me get All my embroidery on some new hats and they even let us bring in our own polo shirts we had to do the logos on, and I got the design and the proofs to make the order super fast!! These guys are Awesome

After Trevor reached out to me on social media wanting to work on a project I was inquiring about, he never delivered. We had multiple phone calls where he'd confirm he was going to start working on my designs and then weeks went by without me hearing from him. I'd reach out by message and he always had some kind of excuse as to why he didn't get to it. I was on a deadline trying to get my designs in for production with my manufacturer and he just never delivered. It was almost a 2 month process and he still never got 1 design back to me. I finally asked if he had even worked on it and he said
