Traveled all the way from the south side because I heard they were good. Not impressed! Very overpriced. This cost me $95. The only reason I agreed to it is because it was for my sisters wedding and I didn’t have time to go anywhere else AND The killer part is, the bling was only $10 extra. What cost the most was getting the white on the tips with a curve. That was $30 extra dollars. Someone else in the shop was getting the same thing I was getting so while I was waiting for my sister to finish up I asked the other customer how much hers cost? She said hers was $70. Why? 1st time visiting Jimmy's nails and was pleased with pedicure service.Tried the jelly soak - was okay. I did like how Elvis paid attention to my request for colors, water temp & how I wanted nails trimmed. He worked fast but allowed time for soaking. The massage was good too. Had an appointment and check in was easy using a tablet. They have services at many price ranges. You do have to listen carefully to the person working on you becuz all wearing masks & it's hard to hear, esp when busy. They are nice about repeating. I visited a location near your business a few times and thought I’d come today to see how your service was.
I usually go to another shop but the person that was attending to my feet is no longer at the shop so I haven’t been satisfied with the new person that had been doing them.
I was well pleased with the ladies at the front counter and told her what I was looking for. Her recommendation was excellent. Ann took such good care off me that she has a customer for life now.
I am a professional woman in the business world and I wear heels a lot. Because of the ingrown toenail hurting me I had

I wanted to visit multiple times before a first review. I can honestly say this is one of the best nail shops in STL. There are a few things they could work on like getting acrylic off on the nails, adding more brushes to the hand washing station & universal pricing. The pedicures can be a hit or miss. Some of the techs rush though steps while others make sure to take their time. The gel pedicures last about two weeks before chipping, which I really hate. I’m used to mines lasting about 3-4 weeks before chipping. On three separate occasions I broke nails shortly after getting them done. One was

I got a fill from I think Kevin and he was very rude and impatient from the moment I sat down followed by unsatisfactory quality. He didn’t want to show me more colors or fix small things as they came up. I didn’t even get the design I wanted cuz I knew it would be rushed and careless. This place is fantastic! I've been 2 times and I was impressed both. The first time I waited no more than 15 mins to get in a seat. Once they started perfection commenced! I was asked what I wanted, showed the idea before completing the work and got my okay through the entire process. My nails were beautiful! No gems fell off and my nails were in tact!
The second time, I needed to get the same nails redone. I sat down immediately and the gentleman went to work. He was very detail oriented and did a fabulous job. Pictures below
