This facility literally changed the quality of life for my husband and me. He has advanced Parkinson's with breathing problems. The rehab he received got him up and walking safely, speech went from whisper to where we can hear him. His legs were infected and swollen so bad and for the first time in years, I can see his legs and ankles.
North County Nursing and Rehabilitation offers comprehensive long-term care services for individuals who are unable to live on their own due to a medical condition or a safety concern. There are several different options to finance long-term care. We accept Medicaid, most long-term care insurance plans, private pay, and we are a Veterans Administration provider.

My grandmother lives here. All of the staff is friendly and very sweet. They don't do much with the assisted living residents. More with the nursing home. It's changed a lot since the new people took over. If it wasn't for the fact my mom goes to visit my grandmother a lot she wouldn't have much of her personal needs met. They used to take them to Walmart and other places go do some fun things. Normally when my mom visits she has to take some time out just to pick up some things that other people needs or wants.
