I’ve lived here for two years and absolutely love this fun community. Beautiful, new accommodations with amenities including a gorgeous clubhouse, fitness center, grills, dog park and convenient location. Lisa in the office is fantastic and helpful, as well as the maintenance guys. They take care of everything! Love my sweet little apartment and carefree living!

I am currently living at Piper Lakes and I cannot believe how incredible it is for the price. When my roommate and I had gone apartment hunting, all of our other options were more expensive AND smaller. These apartments still feel brand new and we have certainly taken advantage of the amenities. We were able to paint some of the walls, making it feel like our own unique space. We also have a view of the pond, which gives it a peaceful feel. Overall, I am very impressed with these apartments and would recommend them to anyone

The staff is super friendly and makes me feel right at home! They are super welcoming and easy to talk to. The community areas at the apartment feel like a vacation with the fountain, pool, and fitness center! The transition into the apartment was super easy too. We got the exact apartment we had been hoping for (we applied really early) and love everything about it!! It was really clean, feels new, and is spacious!

Piper lakes apartment homes was our home for 3.5 years. The first place my husband and I called home since we got married in 2017. The team at Piper Lakes made it feel like home to us! India has been absolutely amazing/phenomenal throughout our entire stay. She was with us on day 1 and with us on our last day. She is very professional and has a great balance with being personable to make you feel right at home. Maintenance was always right there when we needed help with anything! Everyone in the front office always greets you with a smile and assists you with anything you may need! The Starbucks

We're living here while we're in the process of downsizing to a smaller home. We chose Piper Lakes for the amenities, it's non-smoking atmosphere, and the location. It's right on the bike path, a half mile from Meijer and Wal-Mart, and an easy 15 minute bike ride to downtown. When the pool was open (during the warm weather), it was a great place to hang out and meet some of the other residents. The clubhouse is available 24 hours a day, offering snacks, coffee, and hot chocolate, it has a gas fireplace, and is a nice place to have a small gathering, particularly with the gas
