CONSUMER BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Ken from Amy's Plumbing was dispatched to my home was of my hot water heater not producing hot water. When Ken arrived, he told me that the heading coil might have went. Myself and my neighbor witnessed Ken take out the heating coil and put the same one back in. When I asked Ken why he did that, his response was sometimes that works. Ken also wanted to charge me additional labor than what was quoted. Ken took his service fee and left. Later that afternoon, I went to use my kitchen faucet and there was no water and after a few minutes, the water shut off

I called Amy's 3 weeks ago when i was having problems with a toilet water line during renovation of one of the bathrooms in my house. I explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone and she told me she would send a "more experienced" plumber since we weren't sure exactly what the problem was. The two plumbers who came took a look at the toilet and despite me explaining that I thought a valve may be turned off somewhere they proceeded to tell me that they believed it could be a bad angle stop causing restricted water flow. Ken and his co- worker are outstanding. I called Ken with an issue and I live pretty far from where they are located. He wasn’t sure when he could make it out to my house but showed up the next morning! He doesn’t just come in and fix your issue, he shows you what’s wrong and how you can prevent it from happening in the future. He’s so honest and helpful and even though I have a home warranty, I would pay out of pocket to use them, they are that good! Thank you Ken and team!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I tried to hire Amy's for some basic plumbing work needed after moving into a new home - just a few relatively minor, not urgent jobs, and was very excited to hire a woman owned business in the plumbing field. I was told that if diagnostics took less than one hour, the remainder of the hour would be used to complete our projects for no additional charge ($125) - just additional time and parts would be charged after that first hour.

So far so good. The lady who answers the phone is very friendly, nice and knowledgeable.
The only thing we had miscommunication with is the time when the techs will come. At the time I requested the service it was a rainy day and the lady said they will come after 12pm for sure (I made a call at around 9am). After I hang out the phone the rain got cleared but I had to wait 3 hours for the techs to come. Then I checked the weather and it was saying that the chances rain will come again are higher again after 12pm. I called and explained it to them, they said the techs will come in 30 mins. They

I was able to text Amy regarding a question about my shower drain, and she gave me advice before scheduling me for service to see if I could fix it myself. We had an issue with our toilet flushing and we had someone come out and snake the toilet. One of the plumbers scratched the toilet and had to return to clean the inside of the bowl. Then we were having a leak from the new pump we bought from them. I texted any and she was unaware but we told her and she had someone new come out to fix the repair causing the leak from the tank. I called Amy's plumbing for annual backflow test. During test, the plumbers broke the backflow lever. To cover the mistake, they turned the whole water system off, and did not mention the accident. Amy instead complains that I called the very number left on the invoice and report left with us.
I will upload the images of the broken turned off valves and report given by Amy's plumbing which states Xavier manipulates valves during test. Instead of offering to send tech, she denies it ever happened complains about calling number left on report for us to call. Mistakes happen, a good company

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. I called at 8:15AM and Amy was at my condo by 2:30. She installed a new disposal in about half an hour, (what a PRO!) She was so awesome - professional, friendly and efficient. I am going to hire her again to install a sink. The price was exactly as quoted and she even looked at my bathroom sink, no charge.
(And she is an animal lover - an added bonus!)

They showed up late. I never knew morning was at 2pm. They took about five minutes or less from walking in to the bathtub and say they need to do a smoke test. Why smoke test when it is clearly isolated to this location. Call a different plumber and smoke test in a condo not a good idea.
Update: I have a message that clearly says morning not afternoon. In addition smoke test is for not knowing the location. Clearly it is isolated to underneath the bathroom.
Update after call:
Apparently another plumber could destroy my house. Apparently smoke test is a great method for a house completely enclosed
