I use Preferred Property Management for my rentals and I highly recommend them! The staff is outstanding! Lisa and Gina are always there to answer any questions I have. When I have had concerns, Lisa has dealt with them promptly. They really go above and beyond and are quickly responsive.

This company is the absolute worst. My husband and I rented a home through their management company for 3 years. Not only did we have horrible issues with maintenance taking over 3 weeks to address issues but they also entered our home without notice while I was home alone, and scared the life out of me. It was so bad the home owner instructed us to direct everything through her. They do not return calls, are extremely aggressive and rude and lie about information. They will not return your deposit and place blatantly incorrect information on the move out paperwork. They charged us for “dirty

I rented an apartment thru them with my friends. The apartments are in good shape but if you ever ask for something to be fixed, or checked or if they say they'll fix or check something, it won't get done. Before moving in our back deck was supposed to be finished. It's been almost 3 years and still hasn't been fixed... and that is just 1 of things that should have been done

I began renting a house for the first time two years ago. After interviewing a few different property managers, I decided to go with Preferred Property Management NW. I’ve been very happy with my decision. They’ve managed everything smoothly from finding great tenants to taking care of any maintenance issues quickly. I haven’t had to worry about anything. Communication has been excellent. I highly recommend them.

I am currently renting a unit, and have contacted Lisa after hours for a question and she was prompt in responding, the details were very clear when I moved in and to there has been no suprise fees or misleading information, I was suprised to read the negative reviews my experience has been positive and I appreciate all Lisa does in accommodating my family and our needs. I would still and do recommend Preferred Property Management

I wish zero stars was an option. This place is the WORST! No one cares about the tenant, its all about the money. Getting ahold of anyone is impossible. You will be told you will get a call back and never will. Lisa is beyond rude and unprofessional. One of the times I actually could get ahold of her, I was on hold for 5-10 minutes to be transferred to not even the right person. Told me it was the owner, it was a females voice-mail she transferred me to....and the owner is male. And of course the person I did leave a voice-mail with i never got a call back. Now we are dealing with getting our deposit

We became “landlords” for the first time a year and a half ago. We decided to go with a management company because we both have full time jobs. It has been the best decision! I hear awful stories from others about managing their own property themselves and I’m just relieved we don’t have to deal with it. Prefered Property takes care of everything and our minds are put at ease. They are very prompt with getting back to us if we have a question or concern and they handle anything that comes up so we don’t have to worry about a thing. My husband and I have a newborn son and were very stressed looking for a Quality home for our family. My wife and I were looking into renting a property with these people. They wasted our time as they told/promised things about the property that the owner did not approve of. AFTER we submitted our application we find out the ACTUAL requirements for the property. Do not waste your time with these people PERIOD. It will seem all find and dandy until they're changing what they've originally told you. EX; "Oh yes, there is a $300 pet deposit for that unit" their front desk stated after requesting to view a unit. "Oh yes, there are other tenants with pets" said the lady showing us the units. "Oh no
