We opened the firm in July of 2005 to fill a need for professional management services on the south end of Whidbey Island, Washington. Our territory includes Clinton, Langley, Freeland & Greenbank.

South Island Properties have handle my father's real estate affairs for many years. Recently, we had a issue with our renters. They had fallen on hard times and they were behind in their rent. South Island Properties handled the problem extremely well. My father, who is 95 depends on his rental income so that he can live in an assisted care facility. He can't see hardly anymore and he is very frail. His life is much better in the assisted care. As for the renters, we all fall on hard times, but it is our individual responsibility to pay our debts. I wish them well and hope they find their way.

I am said tenant and I am sad to hear about the lies you've been told Frances.
These people are drunks and don't take care of your property at all. We did all the work when tree fell on your house. They didn't even show up. You should talk with your neighbors, they know the truth. Also wasn't behind on the rent. Had it paid they refused to accept it.
Your getting ripped off if you pay these people at all. They're horrible people and worse property management, notice they don't have any other comments or property

I've been renting commercial real estate for over 25 years. Our office has been in 2 locations in Everett and 5 locations on South Whidbey.
