I can’t say enough about this place. I’m giving my review as a renter but I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a management company for their own property. I rented from them for about 3 years until the owner sold. Sedona rentals was always professional and kept in contact with me for any scheduled maintenance. Sedona Rentals has managed my property for 15 years. They're great! They handle everything, keep me informed, the paperwork is spot on, they keep maintenance up to date, are friendly and professional, and great folks. Very communicative. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that you can't do better. Rent from them. Give them your property to manage. Either way, you'll be VERY HAPPY! Highly recommended.

You know how sometimes you just luck out with a service agent, whether it be in travel, insurance, real estate, whatever? Well, I count Sedona Rentals & Property Management amongst the best!
