I needed an electrical outlet installed in my warehouse unit - they told me $100 to come out and $189 for the job (did not mention hourly). Johnathan kindly waived the $100 "show up fee" and sent his worker out and he arrived an hour and a half late.
After checking things out and planning how to do the job, they quote me at $3000. I was advised that it was a 2-man 8 hour job and I would have to pay them to go get the materials as well. Not just the materials, but their time getting them. Any time spent conversing will also add to the bill. I declined and said I was not expecting this

Total rip-off!! Price gougers to say the least. I was charged nearly $3000 for 3 hours of work. All that was done was installation of a new outlet onto an already existing junction box. $3000!! I called back and as soon as I said my name the guy on the phone already new why I was calling. He immediately offered a discount before I even asked about why our invoice was so high. I also asked for an itemized invoice showing materials and hours; still haven't received anything. Literally made a yelp profile just to make this review. I called to schedule an appointment for an electrical consult and asked if they had anything available during the week. I was told they actually have an appointment available that evening. They come out and determined it was a faulty outlet. The technician left my house and went to Home Depot because he said he didn't have a new one available. I received my bill and it's almost $1000.00!!! They claimed it was an emergency call. When I challenged that they reduced the bill to $675.00 claiming they were there for 2 1/5 hrs.
