David founded D.L. Falk Construction, Inc. in 1993, after serving as vice president of H.L. Falk for 10 years where he also perfected his skills in the position of chief estimator and senior project manager. Possessing a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a concentration in real estate/finance has also assisted David to excel in the field of real estate development.
His impressive experience record has enabled him to lead his company to a position as one of the San Francisco Bay Area's premier builders of commercial, public works and multi-family construction. It is David's intent to deliver each project as seamlessly as possible and to ensure that the owners expectations are met.
