Services
Cook Willows, CNA Training is a unique program. We offer both an accelerated 6 week program in the evening, as well as a slower paced 12 week program in both daytime and evening hours to suit your lifestyle needs. The classroom and clinical portion are held on site, so you do not have to travel out of your way.

Don't go here if you have any respect whatsoever for your family member's well being. We were there for about 15 minutes and it was the worst experience. My grandmother is unable to walk to the bathroom, so we kindly asked for a commode. The worker there grabbed one and when we opened it, it was covered in human waste. When we asked for a reclining chair, maintenance was too worried about scratching their new floors. When we decided to leave, the head nurse "apologized" by saying that the commode was in the clean area so she figured it was okay. Completely unprofessional.

There aren't enough adjectives to describe how horrible my mother looked when I arrived unannounced to remove her from this facility. She was in a cold, dark, urine soaked nightgown in bed at 8:30 a.m. with a cold unwrapped breakfast on an unreachable bedside tray with no utensils. Her hair and scalp was dandruff and scab encrusted. Her fingernails were long and dirty and her toenails were growing over into her feet. When I got her out of bed she was wearing a fece loaded adult diaper that was cemented to her red, raw, sore bottom. She was parched, cold and confused,but managed the sentence GET

This place used to be good... I even had family there at one point. It felt like a home for the people that were there. Now ever since they changed management it went down hill. So much staff has left. The new manager treats the place like a prison instead of a home. If you are thinking of going here don't.
