Services
The newly renovated Heart & Lung Center is a fully equipped 20-bed unit within Wolcott View Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center. The Heart & Lung Center team is directed by physician specialists and includes rehab and respiratory therapists and nurses who are clinically trained to manage patients with acute and chronic heart and lung conditions.

We offer complete and comprehensive care, and with this in mind, all efforts are made to restore the patient back to the community.
At Wolcott View Manor, we know "There's No Place Like Home", and through our extensive Rehabilitation Program, we get you there sooner!. Our Physical Therapy Department assists patients in regaining strength and mobility in our fully-equipped gym and fitness center. Our Occupational Therapists assist patients in restoring function with life skills for a safe and independent return home.
Wolcott View Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center has a Therapeutic Recreation Program second to none! Our Recreation Staff provides our Residents & their families with creative & innovative programs designed with the specific needs of a diverse population in mind, and working in tandem with the Nursing department, the Dietary Staff and even the Daycare Program for multi-generational interaction.
Hospice Philosophy is a system of specialized care that provides support and assistance for the most difficult part of the journey. It joins modern technologic methods of pain and symptom management for a sensitive, respectful, non-invasive palliative level of care. We preserve the patient's right to freedom to choose their plan of care and decision making for this stage in their life.
