I reached out to Derek Gordon’s law firm on behalf of a loved one who Mr. Gordon had previously represented on a criminal case. We needed help with a clerical error that the department of probation and parole made on calculating my loved one’s time. It should’ve been a simple fix with the filing of a motion and I had plenty of money to pay whatever Mr. Gordon needed to get everything straightened out. I have NEVER been spoken to so rudely by anybody. He’s dragged out something that was supposed to be taken care of. When I’ve called to see what I need to do, he insults me and acts like I’m bothering him ten hangs up. What kind of professional acts this way!? Calling the KY bar association, what he’s doing can’t be legal! How are you NOT going to do the job you’ve been paid for and then when trying to pay remaining balance you insult me! Wrong girl, sir! If I could give negative stars I would! His staff and he are jerks!
