When I established the Troutman Law Office, I knew exactly what kind of law office I wanted it to be. I wanted to be personal, aggressive and to act with integrity. Let me tell you about my experience with Matt Troutman. My husband was in a bad car accident. First, Matt drove about 4 hours to meet with me and my husband. He did that several times.
I was terrified and confused. Matt relieved as much of the burden as he could by dealing with the insurance companies, Medicare, and the hospitals.
He spoke to me in simple terms and he would keep explaining until he knew that I understood what was going on. He was never impatient with my many questions and he was so understanding. Every time that I contacted him with a question he got back to me within 24 hours
