I call Mary the ‘mortgage magician’. For real!!! She and the staff are professional, quick, responsive and able to get loans closed quickly. We have closed countless loans together and we are not typical 9-5 workers. Our files were complicated and unique as independent business owners. CCF gets all of our business. If they can not beat another lender they will encourage you to do what is best for your situation. (They have always had the best rates and programs).
