He found a lender that would close on a tight time line and when that didn't work out he found one that would close even faster so we could make our tight deadline. I reached out to JZ mortgage because of a refinance (through different company) I did a year ago that put me in a bind. Nick gets five stars for me all day. They do during my business and beat out the competitors that I was looking at by far he got me a lower closing costs and a lower payment than the other guys how can you go wrong with that. Jim is just an all around great guy. He knows the business very well & makes the process seem easy. I have heard friends talk about how difficult and time consuming there refinance was. Jim was always approachable and helpful. You truly feel that you have someone in your corner watching out for your best interest. My first attempt did not work out because of a lower than expected appraisal. You would think that's the end, but no it was not. Jim said he would keep an eye on the market & on rates for me.
