I ordered the Dorothy wrap - chicken with melted swiss, avocado, romaine, red onion & garlic mayo. There was so much mayonnaise on the wrap that the chicken was sliding around and the mayo was dripping out of the sides (it had gotten warm so it was runny). I mean LOTS of mayo. I opened the wrap and tried to wipe some of it off. That led to most of the lettuce being thrown away because it was entirely coated in melted globs of mayo. I tried to make the best of it but the chicken itself was so chewy that I couldn't eat it. I ended up throwing out the chicken, most of the lettuce and slicing up some

Call in your order. They worry more about call ins then people actually in the deli. When I walked in, I was the only patron in there. They took my order almost immediately, took 20 minutes for a pork roll egg and cheese sandwich. Female cashier covered in tattoos was very rude, invited me to go somewhere else. No apologies from any employee there. And did I mention that the cashier had her food, and was eating it as the rest of us waited!!! (More had come in by then) NEVER AGAIN!! Good luck to them. P.S. asked for lightly toasted roll, was burnt around the edges, as was the pork roll.

This was VINNY D'S and transitioned to the business model with same offerings, same delicious sandwiches, great cold salads, nice efficient staff all in this small space.
That foot long HAM and cheese sub for $8.49 is absolutely a great bargain.
Tables and chairs to eat in or order and take out, slices of desserts, specialty cakes and assorted flavors of frozen ravioli in back case.
Opens early and quick stop for breakfast, the 2 egg sandwich with coffee just $2.99. WOW!

The food is really good, but the customer service is horrible. I asked the girl behind the counter for a sample of something and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. No smile whatsoever. I felt like I was bothering her. I had a different woman ring me up and once again no smile. I felt like a bother to them. I won't go there again. Customer service is absolutely everything. It's what makes people come back.

We always have gone here. Under new ownership. I hope they stay just as good. The sandwiches we got this time were very good.
Service was fast, in and out in maybe 5 minutes. Menu hasn't changed so you can still get the same subs. The prices have dropped slightly. My husband ordered the Station 34.. said the garlic mayo was strong but he liked it a lot. I had the Italian that I split with my daughter. Good sub.
