Wow! We were super impressed with Marvin’s knowledge and service. We should have come to him years ago when we first started having issues. Marvin was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in less than 24 hours. He then spent a lot of time explaining the updates he made and how to use the new features. We would wholeheartedly recommend his services!

I went in to do a minor repair but his honesty directed me to not follow through with the repair. You dont see that everyday! You can tell he bases his work on honesty, we then went on to have a great talk. He has passion for computers, software and hardware as a whole. Highly recommend!

Really great! Marvin knows his technology and after I told him exactly what I needed/ wanted, he built me a beautiful custom computer. Whenever I have questions he is available or gets back with me very soon. After I picked up my computer, he walked me through programs and set-ups. Really appreciate his work and it’s great to have someone who really knows what he’s talking about. You won’t be disappointed!

I stopped by Ballard Computes LLC today because my touchpad on my laptop had suddenly stopped working. Marvin found the solution within minutes and also helped me install computer updates. He was friendly and helpful. I would recommend going to him for computer help, and I am definitely going back to him with any computer issues I have in the future.

Marvin at Ballard Computes has fixed several of my phones. He is typically always available same day and works with your schedule to accommodate getting you in to fix whatever problem you are experiencing. His prices are fair and he is very knowledgeable- both times he was able to fix my phone while I was standing there in 20 mins or less! Amazing, I will send anyone to him who is experiencing technical difficulties of any kind.

Marvin is quite knowledgeable and educational in the way he explains what he is going to be doing to repair your computer. My laptop's hard-drive had crashed. He was able to save all my data, and install a brand new hard-drive into my existing laptop, for cheaper than buying a new one, plus reload all my previous information, including my passwords. He guarantees his services. He's affordable. He has a strong following of returned users, and great reviews. His work ethic speaks for itself. Highly recommend! He's definitely gained a new customer, for years to come, in me.

I recently had a battery replaced in my iPhone 6S. Super responsive, super quick, and great customer service. I can't say enough good things about this place.
I was especially impressed that he hooked up my phone to check if a battery was even needed. First act is to verify if service is needed, not just jumping in? He's there to fix what's needed, not to break what's working.

Mr. Ballard is an excellent guy. He goes above and beyond to satisfy his client. He was able to repair my Mac Book air screen. I am super happy with his service. He is definitely a go to guy to get your stuff repaired. His knowledge and passion towards electronic stuff is amazing. Once my MacBook started having some issues, I decided to do a search on local repair stores. Ballard had and still has the best rating and reviews I could find.
After my experience here, I have to say the reviews do hold up. Marvin listened to what I had to say about my computer and then called me about what he had found less than an hour later. He gave honest advice and opinions which I appreciate.

Marvin was so amazing, I called and he quoted me and fixed my phone not even within the hour but within the thirty minutes. He was extremely honest and checked everything for me, I cracked my phone and ruined the LCD and it been working perfectly ever since . Couldn't be happier I would highly recommend this place to everyone !

I cant say enough about Ballard's Computes. After having an accident with my old laptop Marvin suggested getting a new laptop from Costco's. Bought the brand he suggested and after he did some quick installs I have the fastest computer I have ever owned. He did this work while I was at his place of business and now I am good to go.

Thank you for repairing my daughters IPad screen (and frame!), it works like new! I was very pleased with the quick communication and eagerness to make sure it was in perfect working order. I hope I won't need your services again in the near future for another shattered screen, but I'm glad to know your there if we need you again!

I would strongly recommend using this business to fix your iPhone iPad and any other smart phone/laptop. They were able to fix my daughters iPhone screen in less than 15 minutes, not sure this is typical, but great customer service and very fast.

I called up Marvin and in less than a day, my MacBook Pro was up and running again

I was out with friends and dropped my phone. The screen completely shattered and it was in an Otterbox! I panicked because A - my phone is completely unusable and B - I'm about to leave for a road trip in two days and needed a working phone.
I quickly searched for repair shops for a reasonable price. I kept seeing Ballard Computes with great reviews. I called in the morning hoping to miraculously get in that day. When my MacBook fell and my screen went black, I went through the normal stages: panic, scouring the web for answers, and going to the Apple Store. Apple directed me to Mac Experience, who wanted to charge me something like $70 just to run diagnostics (after a few days on a shelf), plus the cost of repairs. That's a lot of time & money to pay if you don't even know if your computer can be repaired. Pass.
That was when I found Ballard Computes on Yelp. I sent an email around midnight and woke up the next morning to a reply! Marvin talked on the phone with me about what the problem

After my review I realized up until that point the only thing that was not fuctional was the on off button. I realized afterwards that my Internet stopped after it was worked on. When I went back I was told it was a throw away. Despite on my email it stopped working exactly at the same time he worked on it.
I'm very disappointed and it would have been different if the Internet was not working prior to the technician working on a totally different issue.i won't be back.

Marvin fixed my cracked iPad screen in about an hour (I let him keep it for a day because I left the area). He charged me $80 and gave me a new case and a microfiber cloth. The big companies usually charge $130. Don't waste your time and drive straight to Marvin.
