Originally I chose this company based on their Google reviews. Zach showed up for the appointment on time (actually few minutes early). He had quoted two hours time to service my three workstations but he completed it within hour and fifteen minutes! Very efficient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them for any computer service. No wonder why they have 4.9 out of 5 rating on Google! Keep up the good work.

March 2018. I've had help from Nick/PC Computer Guy several times. He has worked on my computer in person, but most often has been able to help me by phone, email, or by remote. I also had Nick transfer everything from my old computer to me new computer. He did this very quickly and was helpful with the new Windows 8.1 set-up. He is very reliable, very prompt. He is very patient and is always willing to take time to answer my many questions thoroughly and understandably. He treats me as a person, not just as a source of income. Had an error report S.M.A.R.T. Status BAD. and my computer was running so slow.
Found the PC Computer Guy and talked to Nick about the problem. Set up to drop off my desktop with Zack. He replace my hard drive and transferred all of my stuff to the new solid state hard drive and they gave me a really good price.
I would highly recommend the PC Computer Guy for your repair.

A must have resource for all technology needs!
Recently had my computer hacked, felt it was an emergency, called Nick and he came within an hour. He stayed until all my data was safe and secure and the scammers no longer had access to my computer. He also fixed my internet as he noticed it was slower than it should be. He communicates in non-judgmental terms. He gives one a sense of security as he is able to resolve many issues remotely as well.

I can't say enough about Nick Ellis and PC Computer Guy. Each time I have called, I've gotten an immediate response. Nick has been professional, competent and gone above and beyond in his service. Even more than the service/repair he provided, he gave me so much information. He probably felt like a teacher, but it meant so much to me.

Before discovering PC Computer Guy we suffered through the slow, incompetent, and indifferent service of the big merchandise companies and their squads to get our computer repaired. Once we connected with PC Computer Guy, we were overjoyed. Nick and Zach are patient, competent, very knowledgeable, and very prompt in replying to any concerns, questions, or problems we have about our computer. Their prices are lower than what we were accustomed to paying, and they stand 100% behind their work. I am a "Neanderthal" when it comes to computers, but they are always respectful and patient with my ignorance

Nick has been solving out computer issues for several years. Recently an automatic Windows update caused a flurry of popups which I couldn't get rid of. Nick tried to correct things remotely but when that proved too difficult I dropped off my computer to him. He stayed with it for 2 days until the problems were resolved yet charged only a nominal fee for all his work. We always know Nick has our best interests in mind. Would recommend his services to anyone.

I have been using Nick Ellis for a number of years and he is by far the best computer expert I have ever dealt. Before, I sometimes had to wait days before my computer expert would come out. Nick has always had me running the same day. His work and caring is a ten star. I'm now living in Florida and what is great is Nick or Jules can take over my computer and will either fix the problem or walk me through the process. His prices are more than fare.
When I moved to Florida Nick came to my house and really packaged my computer so it would not be damaged. I would never ever use anyone else but Nick
