BMS took care of me from the beginning. They are amazing. Ask for Philip. He is the owner. Robert worked on my car. He did an excellent job. I had a big repair to be done. I got my car towed here when the stealership couldn't do it right. BMS got my car done on a short notice. Plus, they are much cheaper than a dealer or any other BMW/Indy repair shop. These guys know their stuff. I will bring my Bimmer here again for services and repairs. Highly recommend!

I was impressed with the courteous service I received. I took my BMW because of rodent damage and after receiving a $5k quote from another indy place. Philip and team asked me to bring the car in so they can check. They were upfront that as it is wiring damage, they will charge per hour and let me know in few hours on how things are progressing after initial diagnostics. They were able fix all wiring to get my car back on road with less than $500 and I was taken care of the same day. They also gave me an estimate for recommended services for future.

I have a 2003 530I that has been maintained by Phillip and his team since the new car warranty lapsed. Either preventative maintenance or outright repairs. - I've always been able to count on BMS for an honest assessment and a job well done.

I had my pads and rotors on my X3 M40i by Bimmer Motor Specialists. They were very personable from the initial phone call through the completion of the work. The gentleman that I spoke with provided me several options to choose from, as I did not want to use BMW OEM brake pads again due to the large amount of dust. I am very satisfied with their work and it's nice to have a place to get my BMW repaired for a fair price, by BMW experts without having to go to the dealership. I would recommend Bimmer to anyone looking for service on their vehicle.

Exceptional Service!!! Office staff was friendly, the repair was done on a timely basis and at a fair price. I have found a new repair shop for my BMW and I will be back. The problem with my suspension was difficult to diagnose but they nailed it. They were able to find the problem and fix it for less than the initial estimate of a full replacement. Great integrity, communication, and service. Try them!

Finally, I have found a great independant mechanic! Phillip, the owner, tells things to you straight, and is good at explaining your vehicle's problems. In addition to being nice, he is very knowledgeable about BMW's and how to run a good business. His secretary is professional as well, and both are driven by their desire to help. Prices are fair and turnaround is too. He has serviced my 328i multiple times, and I can trust him and his staff will do a good job. Finally, they try to work with your schedule as best they can, and have even offered me an Uber.

My wife bought a Pre-Certified Audi at Audi Grapevine. She got all her maintenance there. Right when her warranty ran out, they informed her of that she had a $2,000 repair that was not covered. She decided to go elsewhere.
She took her car to several other mechanics that could not find the repair that was needed. I suggested that she go to a Bimmer since they know German cars. They specialize in BMW but she gave them a try.

BMS is a life saver! I had some damage to my tire, tire rod, mount etc...... they not only repaired my car like new but in a short time frame. They kept me updated with the progress, they are always friendly and they give really good solid suggestions and reasonably priced which is truly a blessing!!! After finding out that because I am the second owner of my 2016 BMW 428i, I was no longer eligible for the maintenance agreement that the original owner purchased, I found myself looking for a less expensive alternative to the dealer.
I am so glad that I found this place. They generally cost less than the dealer, although it is stili a BMW, but on some level, I trust them more. They definitely want to be a partner in keeping your BMW in top shape. You are always welcome to watch and ask questions.
As long as my car needs a mechanic, and it is on my dime, it will be taken here.

I have taken my BMW here for years and they never disappoint. Phillip is an awesome master mechanic. He & his staff seem to genuinely care & are honest, quick, & efficient. No matter how busy they are, they take time to tend to their clients' needs & concerns. They're always more than happy to answer any questions that I have & I never feel rushed or treated like anything less than family. Their prices are also fairly lower than many (all that I've checked) of the other BMW specialty shops & dealerships in the area. I highly recommend this repair shop.

First of all the prices here are in no way consistent my self and friends have used Bimmer a few times for the same issues and the pricing was never consistent. I also compared with other local services and Bimmer was not cheaper in many areas. I was also not impressed with the way they opened the engine and left it exposed and apply gaskets in your grass area within your front yard. This is where I prefer an auto shop. The technician actually placed gaskets on vital parts in my front lawn area. I really don't think the front lawn is a clean enough environment for this type of application

By sheer luck a friend who doesn't even have a bmw recommended them a few years back. I've used them for every service on several cars now. I cannot stress how great this company is to work with. It can be really difficult to find a good mechanic, let alone one that will come to you wherever you are! I keep several of their cards in my car with me to pass along to other BMW owners I might run into.

This group was recommended to me by a friend. Wow what a great discovery and resource. I am a one car household, so dropping a car off for service is always difficult around my schedule. Having the option for Mobile BMW car repair at my home/office was really perfect for me. The lady who took my original service call walked me through everything very professionally and Philip the BMW technician closed the deal with great service at fair price. I even got an email the next day outling the overall computer diagnostic findings & suggested future routine maintenance that I might want to perform

I have often been skeptical when dealing with mechanics or car dealerships. From my experience, they either exaggerate an issue or downright makeup an issue so you pay for a repair that you don't need. I highly recommend BMSDFW. The entire process from dealing with the office manager Tasha, the owner Philip, and the mechanic Joey who replaced the valve cover gasket on my 2006 5 Series was excellent. I've dealt with a few other shops in the Dallas/Plano area and nothing will come close to the overall experience I had with this company. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and more importantly honest. Not to forget they were significantly cheaper than what other places were charging for the repair.
