Best service I've ever had hands down.. I went to NTB 3 times just for a balance and to plug a tire.. they still couldn't get it right... Went right across the parking lot to Goodyear and boom it was fixed... The guy even drove my car to make sure it was good.. nicest people and techs... Clean environment and very welcoming.. super professional and so so friendly.. the service was just amazing at Goodyear.. if I had to compare Goodyear and NTB it would be like comparing apples and kangaroos...no comparison.. not even close... Thank you Goodyear in Lewisville for being outstanding in every way.

I was given a quote for if I bought the part, I went out and bought the part and then was told that they will not use my part. They just want to charge me more I suppose. Either way I have the part that they specifically said they could change for me and will just have to find another mechanic.

I love this shop! I've dealt with them twice now, once for an insurance claim and once for general repair. Both times they were fast, professional, and friendly. They've taken the time to understand the issue I'm bringing my car to the shop for as well as taken the time to explain to me what's wrong and how they intend to resolve the issue. I have referred several friends and colleagues to this shop and will continue to do so?

They charged $96 to just look at my car and tried to WILDLY overcharge me for a heater hose replacement (there’s zero reason a hose that doesn’t require a motor removal should cost more than $200 with that cheap of a part). Demeaning and rude as if I had no knowledge of cars or what was wrong with my vehicle when I’d came to confirm my own diagnosis (which was correct in the end meaning he had no reason to be condescending in the first place) I will never come back to this place and I’ll be forewarning friends. The next mechanic I went to talked about this mechanic’s reputation for overcharging

I had a great experience at this tire & service place on Saturday morning. I happen to run across them after being turned away at Discount Tires. I didn't require new tires, but I needed help removing the other half of the lug nut that broke off when changing a flat tire. Discount Tires quoted me almost $500 for repairs in a 20min conversation the night before. When I arrived in the morning, there were a few people ahead of me. As the CSR's approached us to find out the what your problem was with our cars, the one I got was not the person I spoke too the night before. After I explained the issue

They said come now we have time to do an alignment.
I get there and they now say it would be 30-40 min before they can get started.
Ok I understand things take time. I wait.
2 hours later at 4:00 waiting.... they have not even touched my truck. I asked what was going on and they said "all we can do is put the order out and try and get a mechanic to start it". Like there is no communication or accountability between the front and back. Should have just been honest from the start.
2 hours of my life gone.

I wish I could actually give this business less than one star. I went in to have my torsion keys installed, they said they had the correct tools to do this job. They told me it would take them about two hours to complete, this was at 1030 am. I called them around 1pm and they said they barely had got started on it. They called me at 530 PM and told me my truck wouldn't be ready until the following day. They asked me to come down so they could show me what they figured out. I took my F250 diesel to Lewisville tire and service due to non starting issue. They diagnosed a injection pump issue. The cost to repair was expensive due to having to remove cab to get pump off. Avoid this shady business. Summary: Water pump not well fixed. Car parts stolen. Another whole car towed away to cover a refund made when their dubious processes were exposed.
Two pair of key submitted and a pair of key returned and damaged. Pictures attached.
There are front office liars and despite police intervention.
I got two vehicles in, one was fixed with a huge error on billing, i wrote a review and the refund was made.
With the second car, there was no proper ducumentation submitted about the diagnoses and the front desk said they will continue to work on it till its figured out.

Horrible customer service. I had a cooling system flush done 11/15 and it took four hours to get my suv completed. It was not done correctly, they used more water than coolant and didn't complete the flush correctly. The manager Matt was rude and animate they'd done nothing wrong. He threatened to put straight coolant in my Tahoe . I'm contacting the owner as we speak. I completely regret going there.

Seriously the WORST experience I've had at any mechanic shop. First I took my Toyota Tacoma to get the brakes checked since they were super long. They informed me it was due to the Master Cylinder and break pads that needed to be replaced. They first quoted me $900 for everything, since I couldn't pay all that I just got the most important thing fixed, the MC. $500 later I drove out with the same issue, they claimed it was due to the pads. I got a second opinion and was told the Master Cylinder actually wasn't fixed. I ended up going back and they claimed it was a "default
