Since 2009, Ginger Young has worked as an immigration lawyer at Flowers Davis, PLLC. She primarily focuses her time and efforts on family-based cases, permanent residency cases, and naturalization cases. Ginger is an active member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association).

She translates both written and verbal communications, answers the phone, and prepares forms and packages for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Francisca has worked as a paralegal in the Flowers Davis, PLLC immigration section for more than five years. She has worked in the immigration field since 2006.
