After reading all of these negative reviews on these websites of google, yelp, and now here, i decided to give my own perspective. Not all of these reviews are correct. People get pissed because of whatever reason and decide to go on a rant. No apartment community is perfect and everyone makes mistakes.
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $2000. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances. If I am part of the military and receive deployment or reassignment orders, can I break the lease?.

I love living here. I've lived here 3 years and all of the office staff are wonderful to work with. Shantee the apartment manager is amazing and so is everyone else in the office. I recommend living here because the apartments are nice and well taken care of.

The experience my boyfriend Tyler Pippin and I had at this complex left much to be desired. Simply put, these buildings are old and in great need of renovation and updating. Our a/c could not keep our apartment… cool in the summer months which ran up our electricity bill. Finally, it got fixed and we were reimbursed some money, but it took quite a bit of time and persistence on our end before management would budge on the issue. Their solution was usually just sending maintenance to confirm that it was indeed RUNNING, but the issue was not that it wasn’t running, but that it was running

I have lived here for just over a full month now. I signed a lease for this apartment while i was deployed in Afghanistan and if i would have known i would have had 8 maintenance reports to make in this time i would have gone somewhere else. The reports are split by 4 reports for my A/C, 2 are for their washer and dryers ( because not every unit… has just the hook ups like their floor plans say online.) Then i had two minor bathroom issues. Due to my A/C not being able to keep my third floor unit cool, it runs continually. So i either have to basically turn off my A/C so i don't waste electricity

Stay away from this place!
I lived there since May of last year and it was not a pleasant experience at all. Lets start with the fact that when I moved in, it was not move in ready.I had to sweep and wipe down counters my self. There was discoloration on the kitchen counter that was never fixed. They had neon paint on the ceiling. Poorly done… drywall on my walls. You cannot tell me that this apartment was move in ready. They took up to 2 months to install my washer/dryer. When I asked why it is taking so long they said sorry you are not a priority. I said okay can I have some credit so

I loved living here so much that when I got back from deployment I decided to return. Cynthia New was so helpful both times I moved to Timber Ridge and was one of the main reasons I decided to come back.

I was moved into a dirty apartment. It literally still had toothpaste in the sink and on the handle. There were fake acrylic nails in the carpet, and stains everywhere. There were construction nails and paper clips throughout the apartment on the floors. There was garbage packed in the sides of my porch and bugs in my kitchen. I requested to see an… exterminator in July and reminded them periodically that I was waiting. The exterminator didn’t come until the last week of October. I’m still waiting for the garbage stuck and packed in the sides of my deck to be cleaned out. The

My sisters apartments have been infested with rats and broken Ac for some months now and they aren't wanting to DO ANNNYTHING ABOUT IT. They literally are using their apartment as a rat trap. They won't even… call pest patrol or a REAL air condition crew. Holes are all in the walls it's disgusting to try and catch rats. If you're in section 10 more than likely you may be getting infested too.
