I became very interested in nutrition at the beginning of my high school years, since that was the same time I started boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. During then, my coach John McPhearson approached me with a book by a doctor about nutrition and performance. I was awed with the science and explanation of what your body does metabolically.
Sometimes when you're just trying to figure out a little information about something new, wouldn't it feel great not having to feel pressured? We can always have a quick chat about any questions, comments, or concerns you may have about a plan that interests you. I'll provide a 20-30 minute Initial Consultation (IC) with an appointment, at no charge!

We have an assortment of different proteins, vegetables, healthy whole-grains, nuts, and fruits on certain dishes.
