LiveWell Nutrition is proud to announce that we are now offering customized meal plans. Our meal plans come with the recipes, nutrition content, and a grocery list to purchase everything in your plan. The best part? We are able to account for your preferences! For example, don't like mushrooms? No problem-we won't include any recipes that use mushrooms.
There is SO much information out there about health and nutrition. It can be difficult to sort through it all and know what's valid, and most importantly, how that information applies to you. Every person is different, and there is no one size fits all approach to health.

Join Shannon as we take a tour of the grocery store and discuss healthier choices when shopping. The tours are designed for people with diabetes, however, anyone is welcome to attend, and you can bring a guest or two. Each tour meets in the produce section and lasts a little over an hour. During the tour we'll also stop by the pharmacy to learn more about their services and get your questions about medications answered.

I worked with Sarah and she’s literally the best! I’m a personal trainer who was seeking help from a professional In nutrition to help me get a better understanding on what’s the best way to go about gaining and losing weight for my clients with food and within food the calories, protein, etc to best benefit my clients and their needs! Coming here was the best decision I could’ve ever made in my opinion! She helped me understand so much and my clients are so happy with the dieting I’ve given them from the help with gaining knowledge by Sarah ! And on top of that she’s always there for

I've worked with Shannon for a little over a year now and my experience has been exceptional. She is knowledgeable and understanding, objective and supportive. She has helped my completely change my relationship with food and encouraged me to maintain the discipline I need to achieve my goals, especially through plateaus. I've recommended her to friends, colleagues, and just about anyone I know who has expressed an interest in making healthy changes to their diet. Her office is a judgment-free-zone and I look forward to visits because I learn something every time. I can't recommend LiveWell Nutrition

My dietician Shannon Leininger really educated me in proper nutrition. She literally changed my life by providing me with beneficial info and phone apps to help me monitor the nutrients, sugars, carbs, fats, etc that I take in everyday. I lost a total of 35 lbs since I was admitted to the hospital for Congestive Heart Failure. I lost the weight by eating healthier yet still enjoying the foods I love in moderation. My family, colleagues, and friends say I lost alot of weight, but I look good and healthy. Thank you Shannon Leininger for helping me make a lifestyle change that has really benefitted

LiveWell Nutrition has been amazing. Shannon has been super supportive and a big help in my weight battle. I am impressed at the plan we came up with and the check-in text messages, emails and phone calls to make sure I stay on track. The best part is that there is no temporary or fad diets. The plan and all the adjustments have been to make sure that my diet habits are sustainable. I highly recommend LiveWell Nutrition.

I’ve been working with Shannon Leininger for a few years now. I’m a type 2 diabetic, and I’ve been meeting with her mostly biweekly. Since our initial meeting, she’s helped me bring my A1C out of the diabetic range, and keeps me accountable. We’ve been able to control my condition with diet, no drugs! As someone is passionate about health and fitness, I’m always trying new diets and eating concepts. She’s there for me every step of the way, even reaching out to past colleagues to get me the inside scoop on things. She’s super personable and engaging, which actually makes our sessions

I like to consider myself fairly healthy, but I had no idea what I was talking about until I visited Shannon for a consultation. I was super nervous, but she took the time to educate me and help me with my own personal goals. I honestly can’t recommend visiting Shannon enough, she is thoughtful, sincere, and really just wants her patients to achieve their goals. She is very knowledgeable about food combining and has great recommendations on where you can get more carbs, proteins and good fats. I’ve always been told I was fit but could never get rid of those last 5-8 pounds in the stubbornÂ
