They did a horrific job. So bad my nails are getting caught on things and ripping my real nails. My nails are cracked and bleeding. This is after I removed the gel. My real nails are ruined. I’m actually in physical pain from it. Who expects pain when they get their nails done? I’m not sure the date, it was several weeks ago. This is the last bit of my nails growing in after being filed for the gel. It was a male manicurist I believe

So I went in maybe December 30th it was last Thursday. It’s not January 4th. My one nail, the one that’s half chipped, pretty much is falling off. This is my second time going. The first time I loved it but the second time they rushed it. My moms nails were even bad. They didn’t paint her whole nail. Update a day later, this part was edited, my nail did fall off.

Great service and staff, and it was one of the cleanest nail salons I’ve ever been it. They were very understanding on how I wanted my nails to look. They did a great job and I will definitely be back!!

Sandy was great! I always need that extra scrub on my dry feet and she did a fabulous job tending to them! I have now been there 3 times and I will be back! It's hard to find a place that satisfies your needs and Ruby nails did that for me. See you next time!

I hadn't gotten my nails done in five years-- wanting to get my nails and toes done for my boyfriend's coworker's wedding last night, led me to this salon earlier that morning. The process was quick and easy-- told the nail tech about my appointment, and she told me to pick a color as I waited.
I wanted what was practically the most basic mani/pedi ever-- white polish on my natural nails with a smoothing treatment ($55 total). The nail tech I had (wish I got her name!) did an excellent job with everything, from the massage and the actual nail polish job. I highly recommend this salon

If you plan on joining in on the arena of getting your nails done you definitely want to call ahead and set up an appointment it will be needed. Had my nails and my pedicure done asked for design on my toes they forgot but I did get it on my fingers and it was freestyle kind of cute all you have to do is ask. I highly recommend the gel polish it lasts longer. And while you're getting your pedicure done you can enjoy the massage chair. They have a very large selection of colors, choose away. Staff is very friendly and you will have to wear a mask. There is a divider between you and the workers but

I genuinely never leave bad reviews but my experience here was absolutely awful. My friend Brooke and I wanted to have a relaxing day.. Tams had no open spots so we chose here after I looked through the photos provided thinking we’d get the same experience. We started off with the pedicure, which was $65 per person. Joe was the one doing mine, he didn’t properly massage anything. My toenails look like a 2 year old painted them, the polish went over my nails onto my skin on every nail.. Anna was the one who did my nails. And she did an amazing job! She helped me with prices and look of the nails. I will definitely be back to see her.

Loved the way my nails turned out!! They did such an amazing job & when I said I was on a time crunch they were more than happy to get everything done for me in no time! They held up for 3/4 weeks & I’m rough with them because of my job. All in all, I will definitely return!

Went back for a fill today after a couple weeks and once again they did a great job! 10/10 recommend this place. Very friendly staff and super clean :)

The salon was clean and the pedicure options offer a lot more services than other nail salons do for the same price. I really enjoyed it and it may be my go-to place for pedi's now. There were a lot of color options as well, which I appreciate as many other salons will only invest in 'safe' colors. The staff also helped redo my sisters nails for free after my sister's pedicure mistakenly got ruined by her shoes because I guess the nail color didn't dry as quickly as we thought it did. I'd go back again!

I wish I had good things to say about this place however I have been here multiple times trying to give this place a shot because there's been a few times I've had good service and a few times I've left there with bleeding nails and horrible service but today was definitely the last straw. took 3 hours for them to do my dip powder w/ tip because they kept screwing up and redoing them. They should have given me the service free or at least a discount. too expensive for such a half done job.
avoid this place at all cost.

3rd time here. I get the dip powder manicure and regular pedicure. They are very detailed and take their time. Always turns out great.
