Ashley Le and Huy Nguyen are owners of SpaLicious Nail Bar. They are well known experienced Nail Specialists in Lancaster County. They currently reside in Manhiem Township, Lititz with three beautiful children - Tran, Ella, and Aaron. Ashley and Huy built SpaLicious from the ground up, with intentions of bringing nail services in Lancaster to a whole new level.

I had a reference picture and the shape was square which for me i do not like square and i asked for coffin instead, he did not give me coffin he gave me square.. my thumb nail was crooked and the gel apparently nail polish started chipping not even a day later. i had a busted nail and i asked him if it’d be strong enough to hold an acrylic he said yes. my natural nail ripped off the same day along obviously with the acrylic. The nail design didn’t even look a little similar to the reference picture. I had the worst experience and i’ll definitely never go back.

I was there two weeks ago for a manicure. I was not in the seat of the chair more than 10 minutes from start to finish and was charged $20.00. There was no soap in the water that I put my hand in to soak, there was no cuticle cream used, and the guy that did the manicure did not seem like he was very happy to be there. They did not put lotion on my hands after they were finished either. I will never go back there. I work too hard for my money, and $20 for what I had done is robbery. Needless to say, I was not happy.

I booked an appt for an acrylic full set with regular polish. I picked out the regular polish & placed it on the table. The guy did a fine job; however, when he had me wash my hands, he swapped my regular polish out for gel without telling me. He kind of hid the polish in his hand & I’ve never gotten gel before so I couldn’t really tell. Gel is $10 more so I only realized he used gel when he checked me out & told me my total was $45 as opposed to $35. It’s one thing to offer gel polish as opposed to regular, but that’s just rude & unprofessional to swap it out without even telling your

The spa was nice and me technician as well. The actual pedicure and massage was great. However the polish job is awful. Looks like my 8 year old did it. I specifically asked for extra coats bc of the glitter polish but was clearly ignored. Also upon checkout they were very rude when I attempted to tip on my card, saying they do not allow it…even though there is a line for it on the receipt and their sign says “cash recommend.” Someone may want to tell them the difference between “recommended” and “only.”

I went in after seeing the amazing designs on the business' Facebook and Instagram accounts. And the design I got looked amazing. However... All the acrylics were put on too skinny for my nail bed. So much so that my own fingernails were sticking out the edges and my thumb nail actually caught on my clothes on my way home after my visit and ripped and bled. Around my nails, all my skin got pretty ripped up in the process as well. So it just looked and felt awful all around.
Let alone the fact that my original appointment time apparently didn't matter ... I came in for a 1:00 to have a pedicure

I love coming to spalicious, it's really the very very best place around.
We made an appointment for this evening and I didn't realize they'd be staying open longer to accommodate the services we'd asked for but no one made mention of it and we were not rushed out at all, although I felt badly when I realized it. Our techs, especially Kyle, were so professional and fun to work with.
Thank you so much for helping us relax and recenter after a particularly stressful week for us.
