As a newly arrived member of the community and a first time guest to The Heights, I was greeted cheerfully and warmly. They use self check-in, which was nice. I realize now the same system reminded me of my appointment this morning, and checked up in me after I left. The family who run the business were kind and friendly, and very accommodating to each guest individually. The massages were delightful. I've already made an appointment to return.

AMAZING! I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience! This place is very clean and relaxing. The staff were all very kind and friendly. I got the Deluxe Pedicure, and it's one of the best I've ever gotten! The massage part was simply incredible! I will definitely be going back!

The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. I booked a few appointments online for myself, my daughter and my niece and within minutes I received a polite phone call saying they weren’t sure they could accommodate for one of the services I requested, however they said that they would try to figure out a solution and call me back. Within 15 minutes of that I received a call saying they worked out the schedule and were able to accommodate us at the same time.

The staff takes their time to give you the most comfortable treatment for the service provided. The environment is relaxing and clean. They also provide several didn't types of nail services. Even though it seems crowded your not slacked on the service you select. Always thankful.

Everyone who worked here was very friendly and professional. I just went in to get my acrylics taken off and a manicure and my nails turned out beautiful! Cheap prices, while still upholding quality, clean, beautiful salon. The other customers who were there all seemed satisfied and were treated well also. Recommend!!

My first visit was 3 weeks for a manicure and gel polish. Henry was my nail tech. At first I was concerned since it was a guy (I think they rush some times), but I loved the care and attention he gave to my nails. He even let me change my color once he applied it to the first nail and I didn't like it. Today was my second visit and once again I was pleased with my service. Henry was great, he takes his time with my nails (which I appreciate because I'm very picky). I had a gel polish change, I was in and out in 35 mins which is wonderful. I will definitely be back :)
