This online program will provide remote high quality, personalized fitness instructional support with a focus on your selected goals. We will maintain open communication via conference calls, emails, etc. to ensure continuous coaching and focus on your personally designed program.

If a Personal Trainer Suspects that one of their clients has a medical condition that may prevent a client from safe participation in exercise programs, they must refer the client to the proper health professional for prior clearance.Personal trainers assessed client needs and objectives when they wrote a fitness program.

I'm a "real woman" who knows first-hand the daily struggle to cope with weight loss and unwanted weight gain. After the birth of my fourth child, I gained over 70 pounds. I cried after my check-up visit to the doctor. I had the real shocking news that my weight was 232 pounds! As I drove home in my car, I was upset with myself and my family!
I am very flexible; we can workout at Tosha's fitness for all Gym Center or I'll come to you at your home, office or park. Most of us know that strength training (free weights, weight machines, or resistance bands) can help build and maintain muscle mass and strength. What many of us do not know is that strong muscles lead to healthy bones.
Please share any medical physical, or mental issues that may effect your workout or limits. Sadly, most women inaccurately believe that the very best way to "get muscle mass tone without also obtaining large" is to lift lightweight for a high number of repetitions. This is not the appropriate technique.

Tosha is our son's personal trainer. They have been training together since the beginning of this year, 2021. Tosha is compassionate, knowledgeable, flexible and professional. Her enthusiasm motivates and inspires our son to train and try new movements, drills and exercises. We are very pleased and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a personal trainer.

My journey started in Nov 2020 when I met Tosha and made the commitment to myself to pursue a healthier happier me. Tosha’s approach to fitness started with identifying my goals, understanding any physical limitations and setting a schedule that worked for my lifestyle.
Tosha is knowledgeable and attentive, and she has such a great way of keeping me focused during our sessions.
My physical limitations were from a meniscus surgery on my left knee about a year ago that restricted me from doing activities without any pain or discomfort

Miss Tosha had done wonders in training my daughter. Has given her confidence in herself and a greater self esteem. Her knowledge and demeanor is calming and self assuring. Getting the most bang for our buck with her. Would recommend her all day everyday.
