My Samsung S10e was not charging thru the port and gave me a warning moisture was detected. After weeks of attempting to dry it still a warning and would not charge thru the port. I was told by at least two repair shops that the charge port needed to be replaced. I contacted Zo, the owner, asking if he performed that repair. He did not but offered to put it in his phone "dryer" at no charge. I was doubtful but took it anyway. After drying he said the effort was unsuccessful and immediately contacted another cell phone repair service to see if they could perform the charge port replacement. No avail

I brought my iPad pro in after I discovered that after taking off the screen protector and case, the iPad itself had a lot of deep cuts scratches and dents. I tried going through Apple but was put off by the large cost it was going to be so I decided to try and look for a cheaper and more convenient option and was surprised to see this business listed as one of the first options with the best reviews! I'd known about this place for ages since I frequent this shopping center and so I was really pleased when I chatted with Zo through email at first and got a quote that was about 200 dollars less

I dropped my iPhone 11 off for a screen replacement, and It was done within less than an hour. The phone works great, and the new screen looks perfect. It saved me hundreds of dollars replacing the phone, and it was half the cost of the other repair shops in the area.

I've had several iPhone screen repairs done at PC EMT. They are thorough, professional and very efficient. Zo is the owner - he's very knowledgeable and explains the entire process; they test the phone functionality prior and after the repair. If there are any concerns with being able to fix the phone, he tells you up front. One of my repairs had an issue with the audio chip - he told me up front what would be fixed and costs and what he recommended for features that he couldn't or wasn't worth fixing. I recommend and will use PC EMT services, if I need to in the future.

This is the business that was so exceptional it finally inspired me to leave my first Yelp review. Do not go anywhere else for phone repair. I've moved an hour into the city and still come out here if my phone needs repair. Zo and his team have been holding it down with unquestionable honesty and the best pricing you could ask for for years now. You will be taken care of and walk away having received the kind of service you could only dream of getting everywhere else.

I don't even know where or how to start. Often times, business only get recognized when they do something the consumer doesn't like. I called this company on a Saturday in a panic because my work computer had blacked out. I had gone to Apple and they said there was nothing they could do. They gave me no options but to buy another one. The issue was I had 9 years worth of data in my system and it was as though my life was gone in an instant. CHEATERS CHARGING $195 FOR GLUING THE HINGES.
Hinges in my HP laptop was not working properly. These guys examined my laptop and charged $195 for fixing it. They kept calling to update the status , which I was happy about.
But within a week of service, the hinges broke again. I went to another service to provider to get this fixed and noticed that these guys USED SOME TYPE TO GLUE TO JUST STICK THE OLD HINGES TO THE LAPTOP's PANEL. (See the white spot in the attached picture.
I GUESS ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWERS SHOULD GET THEIR LAPTOPS EXAMINED BY DIFFERENT SERVICE CENTRE.

I came running here to get my phone screen fixed. "Zo" not sure if im spelling it right but he saved me i work from my phone and he was able to get my phone fixed within 30 minutes. I don't normally run into people who take their time to help you and are humble. This will be my go to place to get repairs for my iphone. Thank you !

This place was great! Zo was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about my replacement screen before and even texted me later that day to make sure everything was working well. They were very time efficient and I got my phone fixed within less than 2 and a half hours!! I also love that they have the option to make an appointment and get $10 off if you do! Will definitely return to this business if I ever need any other phone assistance.

IMPECCABLE SERVICE - Professional, Friendly, and Knowledgeable. Not only did Zo, fix my screen, he quickly fixed two their issues with my, and my wife's phone without up charging. they were minor fixes, get some jean fuzz out of the charging port and wipe some make up out of the speaker hole but I couldn't charge on one phone and couldn't hear on the other.
Service was amazing and price was very competitive aka the best.

Yes, it Is Friday. However, it is never too late to say thank you. Just a few weeks into lockdown, my computer did its own lockdown and stopped working. What???? I don't use television and I don't use my tablet as a substitute for my computer so I was really lost. I waited for a while before contacting a couple of computer shops that were open but was reluctant to move forward because I had not used them before and they weren't exactly local.
