I am impressed with Mubashar and his technical abilities. . My first impression of him is his hospitality. I had my desktop and laptop fixed by him. He fixed both of them in a timely manner and at a low cost in the town. I would say not only in the town but all the states that I lived in. He is very prompt in responding to your question. I don't understand where all of the positive reviews came from because without a doubt, this was the absolute worse computer "repair" service I've ever encountered. If you don't have time to read further, the bottom line is after a few weeks, my computer that had a simple power issue now is effectively unusable and the explanations as to what the issue was seemed to change.

Most disappointing computer repair experience ever. I had a simple issue with inconsistent charging and needed a tech to ascertain whether it was the external charger or the internal port that it plugged into. Best PC Haven said the charger was fine, ordered/installed a new part to plug into and returned my laptop for $120. Except the problem was not fixed. It was still exactly as I described when I dropped it off the first time plus the new, added problem of no sound (he'd forgotten to reattached the wired when he opened it up). I took it back and he kept it from Monday to Saturday without

My husband and I thought all hope was lost for our old computer and I was in tears at the thought of losing all of our personal files and precious memories (we had not backed up!) I could not be happier with my experience with Best PC Haven. I'm really grateful for the work that was done. All my files were saved and my computer was fixed very quickly. Then it was suggested to upgrade my hard drive, which I did, and it was an excellent decision. I appreciated the suggestion greatly because it's made my computer work more efficiently. Best Service I have ever experienced. Fixed my unusable external hard drive. I broke the port on the back of it. Their Technician as able to put it back together backed up all data and then replaced it with new enclosure. I was lucky to find them thank you for your great service. I will highly recommend.
