I installed a mesh network and made a mistake. This meant certain devices could not see each other. Adam got the network untangled and fixed that problem. That was at the root of my problems with installing my printer. Well worth the expense.

As always, Adam once again resolved several issues with our laptops. Working remotely from home, he walked us (and talked us) through a process to rid my wife's computer of annoying pop-ups. Mostly, he navigated through the process himself as we simply watched him work his magic.
Immediately following the work on her computer, Adam then set me up to participate and run Zoom conferences on my laptop. (I had been having trouble with both the audio and video.) With that taken care of, I'm now able to work from home as an instructor, which is essential as we trudge through the current pandemic.

I am in real estate and spent all day taking photos of houses and something happened to my card reader and all the photos were gone! I was frantic and called Dunwoody PC and Adam said to drop off my card reader and he would try to pull the photos up and find them and HE DID! I have never been so thankful to someone for their help! He had our issue fixed in about 30 seconds and was nice enough to stick around and help with some other computer problems that would have taken me hours to sort out. I called him with an issue, he sent me a link to buy the part and I bought it. He was 99% sure it would work. He came over to my house when it was in, and in what I can only describe as a manic state he made some adjustments inside the computer and it worked for about an hour.

We have had consistent slow internet issues since moving into our new home in March.
