Im an 18 year old girl who doesn’t know a thing about cars. I took my car in because i noticed a squeaking sound. They couldnt hear it at first but were very diligent on helping me identify what it was and hearing the sound. We did many test drives together over the course of an hour, some with me and some without. Finally everyone heard the sound. They took off my tire and inspected to find nothing. Final test, take off the hubcaps and see if they are whistling.. they were. nothing wrong with my car. The alignment man was very diligent on finding this even though multiple times couldnt catch

Great staff and crew 👏. They reinflated and pressure tested a tire and wheel off of my lawnmower and did it while I waited with no prior appointment. Then they told me no charge for the service. The office manager even gave me a free pen 🖊and said to come see them again if they could help me out with anything tire or vehicle related. 5star.

I was in the area from out-of-of-town and desperately needed a hard-to-find tire (4.80 X 12, Load Range C), and they had THREE of them in stock. I ran right over, they changed two trailer tires for me on the spot, and gave me some advice about tire pressures to resolve issues I have been having with prior tires. Everyone was exceptionally courteous and competent, from the front office to the work area. Wish this place were closer to my home in Cincinnati!
