Called and was told there would be a "good one hour" wait for my tow, called back an hour and a half later for ETA, got told it would be another hour to an hour and a half. Called again and got told they were too busy. So what could have been a 3 hour wait through someone else got turned into a 6 HOUR ordeal in the middle of 4°F weather!!!! If you're not able to provide service, be upfront about it and don't get my hopes up and waste my time.

Do not use them! They are scam artists, my mom was in a wreck a few weeks ago with my trailer... Which instead of waiting for the insurance to evaluate everything they decided they were going to try and fix it and keep it.... My sister had to call Branson pd before he finally gave it to the insurance company ...

My family and I were on our "end of summer "vacation when our alternator went out on our vehicle. I called these guys and was told they should be at my hotel shortly to pick up the car. They were there within the hour. I explained we were headed home the next day and after 11a.m. we wouldn't have a vehicle or anywhere to go. He said he would do his best. And he did. Vehicle was fixed and back on the road the next morning. With towing and labor the price was more than fare. Everyone from the truck driver to the mechanic was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks gentlemen!

A few months back my car broke down on vacation. I was stranded far from home. Not only were they diligent in finding the problem, their prices were very affordable. The staff was courteous and helpful. They actually gave me a ride and carried my luggage!!! A+ Ozark Towing!!!!! When people are at your mercy you help instead of hurt :)

I can't say enough how much I would avoid taking a vehicle here. I brought my newly purchased used vehicle in to get my wheels realigned and they said I needed to fix my tire rod first. I don't know anything about cars. I asked how much that would cost and they said something like $500ish. Because it was so much money I went around and got a second opinion....guess what? After bringing it to 3 separate auto mechanics and 2 friends, and paying some of them to check out the car, my tire rod was almost brand new.
