If you're scared or intimidated about working with a nutritionist, I completely understand because I was, too. Please do it anyway! Stephanie's approach is very realistic. She'll ask you about your lifestyle and what foods you enjoy and which you don't. She's not going to say things like, "Never eat that!" Instead she'll introduce you to new recipes and talk about how delicious they are!

Working with Stephanie has been great! I finally learned that the average person (me!) can't exercise themselves thin. It's what, and how much, we eat that determines our weight. And that's within our control.
Stephanie helped me identify eating triggers. We set mutually agreed upon goals for each week. She's understanding, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I've tried a lot of weight lose approaches over the years but working with Stephanie has produced the best results.
