I really appreciate you rectifying the situation for me. The holidays aren't the best time I practice portion control. 😂😂😂 Also, I don't want to make losing weight a New Year's resolution. I want to make eating better a goal rather it is New Year's or not. I needed a nutritionist like yourself to help and you did.

My experience with Ms Muhammad was wonderful and very, very beneficial. She was able to quickly identify problem areas and provide solutions for me which are doable and pragmatic. She gave me vital information I can use for the rest of my life in managing my situation. She is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and an excellent listner. Ellen Muhammad was fantastic! My daughter and I booked the appointment to discuss a recent report we received about her cholesterol levels. Ellen exceeded my expectations during our time together! I participated mostly as a listener, as this was for my daughter, and Ellen was extremely graceful and kind in her approach to get to know my daughter in a real and authentic way, listen closely and carefully and respond to her questions. After being told for most of my life that I had a "terrible diet", and then finally realizing this was indeed true in my mid thirties, I decided to finally see a Nutritionist. Thus, Ellen was the first professional I consulted regarding my diet, my low energy levels, my hair falling out, weight gain, GI issues, and general, persistent exhaustion. You can tell she listens and really takes into account everything about you and uses that to create a personalized plan for how to reach your goals. I was extremely pleased with my experience as I found nutritionist Ellen Muhammad to be very well prepared and professional. I was provided with an intake survey, a health insurance form and a two day eating chart to document my meals prior to our encounter which helped to maximize our time during the appointment to focus solely on my health goals and her suggestions. Overall, she was very enlightening and I plan to continue my better health journey with her as I feel she is the best fit for what I need.
