These guys are so nice. I brought in my Prius because it sounded like something was rattling and it was just one of the plastic pieces had come loose underneath and was dragging. They put it up on the lift pulled that piece off and didn't charge me at all. I thought that was really nice. I will definitely come here in the future versus the dealership.

This place is fantastic! They found a way to fix the issue that was thousand of dollars cheaper than the dealer and other shops! They think outside the box and have been around for 42 years. Honest, fast, trustworthy, and they use common sense instead of taking the easy way to get more money from customers. Next time I take a vacation in Palm Springs I'll feel confident that I have an auto shop I can trust. Top notch!

I can't begin to explain how comfortable I am with these people. Besides being a wonderful mechanic and diagnostic technician Jim kennard is just a wonderful human being. His wife Lorraine and daughter Christy take care of the front office and they do a fantastic job. I highly recommend these folks for any diagnostic or automobile repair. Beyond honest and efficient at what they do.

I have a 1984 Jeep CJ7 and no one in this town that I've ever been to knows carburetors like Jim the owner he knew everything about that vehicle and he knew how to address every issue I've ever had so far extremely pleased wonderful family owned and operated I will always go back to them with my older vehicles

These guys are awesome! I live out of state and had Kennard's do a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle I wanted to buy. They called me right away upon doing their initial walk around and told me of the problems they had found and asked me if I wanted them to continue. I declined and the didn't even charge me. They saved me $1000's of dollars.

Came here on a Thursday morning with some front end damage to my 2002 BMW. Got there before 8 AM as they were just opening up. They said they had a technician Who didn't show up, so they were behind schedule. As a result they couldn't work me in today or even take a look at the plastic dragging under my front end.
The reason I am only giving them to stars, is because they were unable/unwilling to even RECOMMEND another mechanic in the area. Their response was "I don't know what other places have scheduled". I asked them again, so is there anyone you would recommend? And

I have to say, there are few things that are as stressful as when your car breaks down out of town.
I was in Palm Springs for the weekend and, on Sunday evening, I noticed a rattling sound under my car. It just came out of nowhere. So, I decided not to drive anymore that evening and take it to a mechanic before I headed home.
Well, the next morning I'm driving down the street toward the mechanic...and within two minutes my steering wheel fails. The wheel will not turn left nor right. Fortunately, I was driving at 11:30 am on a surface street in Palm Springs, rather than the highway.
So
