Regarding the global circumstances we needed to apply couple of changes to keep operating physically at least the hot yoga classes. When you enter the studio please wear your mask. Then go to the hot room and please put your mask on your mat or next to you. The teacher will wear a mask too. At the first time please arrive in the studio 15 minutes early before the class starts to sign our updated Liability Waiver, wearing your mask.
Bikram yoga has transformed my life in a way that keeps me coming back for more. For those, not able to get down on the floor to do a traditional mat yoga class, Chair Yoga offers wonderful health benefits! You enjoy more energy, more flexibility in your joints while lowering the stress in your body. Practicing Chair Yoga regularly helps to maintain the general well-being of the physical body.
We offer Hot yoga, the original Bikram Yoga Beginning Series classes. The 90-minute classes are suited for students of all ages and levels of ability- beginners and more experienced students alike!

I have been doing Hot Yoga on and off over the last decade and nothing makes me feel better. Sometimes life gets in the way, and I find myself falling out of practice. This has really allowed me to see the difference it makes. Not only does it help me to maintain strength, a healthy body weight, and to sleep; it also eases joint and tendon pain caused by chronic Lyme’s disease. But if Hot Yoga isn’t for you, there are other options at this studio, such as Deep Relaxation and Resoritive classes.
