Thanks to recent events, you now have the opportunity to bring the magic of this ancient practice into the comfort of your home. This unusual style of yoga is a powerful tool for transformation as it builds your pranamaya kosha - energy body. We do asana (physical postures) as well as mantra (sound), pranayama (breathwork), and mudra (hand positions) in a sequence called a kriya.
Privates are the best! They're great for people who are new to yoga; who need specific attention due to injuries or limitations; who feel self-conscious about going to a class; or who just want to practice at a time convenient for them. You can book your lesson either in person at my Yoga Pagoda or online through Zoom, which means anyone anywhere can join me for yoga!
Experience relief from tension and gain increased energy, vitality, and flexibility in one session! Thai Yoga massage is an ancient healing art also known as Nuad Bo-rarn, which is very loosely translated as "lazy person's yoga." Miss Amanda uses the most effective of these techniques with a clinical approach to get you back to free and blissful movement.
We do a thorough warmup with an invigorating version of bridge pose that can help you sleep at night. Then we launch into a set to improve glandular functio. Build Vibrant Health with this 30-minute set with body drumming, stimulation of the thymus gland, cardiovascular and lymphatic work, and breath work.
In Kundalini yoga, we practice by the Tantric philosophy that everything is energy, and energy can be used to uplift us to connect with what is Divine. This is why we begin and end each session with a short chant. Through this practice, you will move energy up into your heart, throat, forehead, and crown centers, giving you more compassion, truth, wisdom, and divinity.

This is the best professional service I’ve ever had. Amanda is skilled, clinical and peaceful. I got more out of 90 minute Thai yoga massage with her than I did from months of PT. It’s very different from the typical massages I’ve had in the past. She spent about 40 minutes working on each of my hips and it made such a difference.

I recently had a Thai massage session at Inner Lift Yoga and it was very restorative. I felt the positive affects of the sessions for many days after. Amanda is a skilled and kind practitioner. I look forward to her outdoor yoga classes this summer. I highly recommend Inner Lift Yoga.

Miss Amanda is a great yoga teacher. Having done Kundalini Yoga---yoga for the nervous and glandular systems, the body's "master systems"---for many years, I'd forgotten how odd its moves and mantras seemed to me when I started. I just did them and continue to do them because they're exhilarating and give me what Miss Amanda aptly terms an "inner lift."
Now I particularly appreciate that Miss Amanda takes time to give us background about the practice. And as a longtime teacher of other yogas too, such as Vinyassa Flow, she's able to correct our alignment
