When we first visited Hilltop I was drawn to the school because it was not part of a franchise, where children become numbers, yet run by a director committed to quality care. In addition, Hilltop has multiple teachers that have not only years of experience but degrees in early childhood education.
Services
Passionate, dedicated, and loving, Hilltop Early Childhood Enrichment Center teachers love their work and it shows in everything they do. Our goal is to make a positive difference on young kids who come through our doors. Experience: 27+ years in Early Childhood Education. Vicki has been the owner operator and administrator of two childcare center in the last 18 years.
We believe that children thrive in an environment which values their own uniqueness, while providing support and opportunities to grow emotionally, socially and creatively. By building on each child's strengths, interests and curiosities, we guide each child to explore the world around them as well as develop new abilities and form close relationships.
Our infant program gives your child the individualized care and attention that will nurture a foundation for development. We will create an atmosphere that gives infants a safe and secure feeling. Teachers will make sure your child's feeding, sleeping, and playful interaction is mimicked closely to the child's schedule at home.
Our toddler childcare programs are designed to care for children 18 months through age 3. This classroom offers a vast array of hands-on-activities that allows children to explore, foster imaginations, and discover solutions first hand. We work on language development in this room. We also work on social and emotional skills.
Through the Creative Curriculum, our preschool program aligns to the Ohio Department of Education's Content Standards. Our teachers will facilitate meaningful interactions and activities to meet the developing child's social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth. The classroom is designed with a variety of centers for the children to play and interact in as the teacher facilitates the play.

We have two kids at Hilltop - and have been there for over 2 years. Our kids absolutely love the staff and they are so loving towards our kids. They stress emotional stability and helping kids to learn how to control their emotions so they are ready for Kindergarten. Our daughter just graduates their preschool program and they have prepared her so well for kindergarten. They also do tons of special reoccurring activities with the kids like going to the library, visiting a senior citizens home, water day, and bringing in Kona Ice. Our kids love it, and we truly believe they care for our kids and

Hilltop Early Childhood Enrichment Center is the best. Starting with the owner and it's caregivers. It's safe, clean, and allows kids to socialize and learn in a loving environment structured around their needs. So glad we found this place.

My children have been at Hilltop ECE for the past year. I love the staff and administration. They really care about my children. I was worried about my 5 yr. old being ready or Kindergarten, but over this past year his teacher really worked with him and he is doing great. Right on target. Myself and my children love this center!

Have been attending here for about 4 years. My daughter has had nothing but amazing teachers here. Each of them have cared for her and helped her grow so much. I couldn't have chosen a better facility. The owner is always looking to make changes to make the facility better and safer for the children.

My granddaughter has been here about 4 years. She will start kindergarten in one month. She has been in their preschool program preparing for school. Their curriculm has the children ready for school. The teachers are amazing they treat the children as their own.
Everytime I pick up my granddaughter the teachers acknowledge me and say Hi. Great security so the children are safe. They take the children to the retirement home weekly so they can interact with grandparents/senior citizens.

One of the instructors called someone's child an in appropriate name and didn't realize I overheard. If you don't love kids you shouldn't work at a daycare.

Thought about taking my child to this daycare and there were kids playing in a parking lot and one of them ran behind a building and the teacher had no clue as to where the child had went, while she was on her phone. Kids were hitting each other with stick and punching on each other. Needless to say I got back into the car and left.
