The apartments appear nice. The walls are paper thin-which is one of my main complaints. I can hear everything my up stairs neighbor does- even sneezing or taking a whiz- so of course I hear their TV at all hours. The ceiling pops and creeks at every step they take. The area my apt was located- didn't feel safe. I was between 2 parking lots and had to walk a good ways either way. Both parking lots had a lot of gravel and one seemed to always have glass beer bottles setting out there. Often another neighbor was outside my door-which was close to the street-waiting on his dealer. AND...roaches

I love this apartment complex. The workers sometimes take a day or two to get around to a complaint, but when they do it is done well. The neighbors are courteous. It is clean. The laundromat is not hot or dirty. Everything you could possibly want is nearby. It is perfect for just my husband, me, and our puppy.

DO NOT move to Raintree Apartments!!! I have had a leak for 5 days that has yet to be properly fixed. The contract company they used to "fix" the leak left paint all over the floor and had obviously gone through my belongings and some of my things were carelessly tossed into my closet. The office manager is extremely unprofessional and condescending. She was so incredibly rude to me I will never recommend any one to this place.

This apartment complex is horrible and the management is worse!! I have had nothing but trouble since i moved in here!! Microwave cracked, dishwasher always has brown standing water in it, two water leaks, blinds fell, smell from underneath sink....there's always something wrong with this place!! And management doesn't do crap about it!!! Do not stay here! The only thing good about this place is the pool and you can only use that half the year!!
