I had a truck that was in the shop for many reasons, I loved the truck but going in multiple times for the same concern and having second thoughts about the safety/reliability of the vehicle was unnerving. Gave the local dealers plenty of chances to resolve the issues. Contacted the manufacturer to file a complaint and voice my concerns and they got involved with the dealership, but it still didn't rectify the frequency or severity of issues we were having. Started arbitration with the manufacturer and they had bogus responses to my complaints and issues. Instead of beating my head against a wall
