I had to go home to reshape my nails because the lady who did my nails was in such a rush to leave she didn't make my nails square, which I requested, nor could she make them even. And I knew she was in a rush bc she went ahead and covered all her equipment up before finishing my nails she forgot about my cuticle oil so she had to use her coworkers instead since she put all her things away already. Same with my pedicure I asked for them to make my nails square and they kept rounding them out. I would not recommend. Only good thing about this place is the setting.

Super rough and no sanitizing. The technician was not professional and was rude to me and my nails. She scraped them very hard and it was awful. One of my finger start to hurt the night after manicure. I saw no cleaning procedure before manicure and none on tools between customers. Disgusting. The towel under your hands was filthy---grey and black taints everywhere. DISGUSTING.

I wanted to give this place a 5 but I have mixed feelings. My pedicure was amazing thanks to the lady who did it. It was relaxing and she really took her time to make me feel valued as a customer. I just wished the chair WORKED because I often look forward to getting a mini back massage when getting my feet done.
UPDATE: before paying and waiting for my nails to dry then the chair was fixed for me to get a chair massage.

Vivian's nail salon is gorgeous. The service was fast and my nail technician was so sweet. She took her time with my manicure and I love that they actual care about your real nails. I walked in today around 11:30 and they were able to see me right away. The salon was spotless and very quiet. They offer a wide range of services and compared to other salons in the area I can say that Vivian's is affordable. My gel manicure was $35.
Street parking is available and Covid protocols are in place. I am so happy to have found a local nail salon I can support. Highly recommend and I can&apos

I won't be going back. I still miss the connection I had with my previous nail lady, from another shop. She was sweet, friendly and very good. I was with her for years. She never came back to work after Covid.
I work with clients in my profession too. It's important to build connections. Doing good work just isn't enough for me. I want the total experience. I don't want to feel like I'm just another ticket $. I was a regular at Vivian's for 9 months and the nail tech I went to consistently never bothered to learn my name.

Vivian's is the place to go for a consistent, relaxing and efficient mani-pedi. My daughter and I have been going to her shop since my girl was 6 and she's 11 now. Vivian is a sincere care provider, easy to chat with and knows how to make sure her customers have fabulous nails. She takes pride in her shop and knows what we want when we come for a hour or two of pampering. Her shop is full service, but we usually come in for gel manicures and pedicure.

Subpar wax job there were a lot of hairs left. Another customer was eating burger King inside and no one told her not to eat or to put her mask back on. The guy who did my Mani pedi had raw skin on one of his fingers and didn't wear gloves. I should have asked him to put some on but I didn't. This type of situation is less than ideal for a hypochondriac like me

Expensive and bad quality. Didn't check their work and unwillingly fix the job that didn't do well. Also didn't actually fix it, still looks terrible. Will not recommend.
Update: Two days later. They offered to fix it because they messed up the first time. I don't even want to go in anymore cuz it's not gonna even last

Today was my 3rd time here. I wanted to wait on writing a review until I found the right nail person.
Today I saw Jenny. She IS AWESOME!!! I requested to have the acrylic removed from my nails, and do the dip powder. I really liked that she soaked off the acrylic, and not just tear it off, like some people do. She did a great job with the dip powder, and I like how they're shaped. I'll be requesting Jenny next time. Thank you so much

Service: 3 out of 10 ( rude staff, the artist was yanking in my hands during the entire pedicure, Vivian was cold)
Execution: 9 out of 10 I will say the woman did a great job but she was rough and unpleasant .

My wife went in and got her nails done because she had been there twice before up until this time where the person doing her nails cut her multiple times with a nail filer. The nails came out the way she liked and approved of but the lack of empathy or care to have cut someone multiple times was very upsetting especially because you use your hands for everything, now she's in pain and complaining in constant worry about it getting infected despite the size of the minor injury. Spent $65 dollars and didn't get a week worth. Another one is cracked in 2 spots and will break soon. Unacceptable. Called today to make salt to get them fixed FOR THE 3rd time and Vivian wants to insist I'm breaking them and it NO FAULT OF HER STAFF, I informed her I been getting my nails done for over 35 years and have never gone back 3x in a week to get nails fixed. I was in the area yesterday and called for a super last minute app . The women who answered the phone said they could take me now so I drove the .5 miles and parked . My first impression was this was beautifully decorated. It felt very luxurious inside . They sat me immediately and everyone was very nice .
