I love my design and I wanted to wait to write a review to see how long my nails stayed on ... 23 days later they're all secure and still beautiful! These nails have been through a Halloweekend in Boulder, two sorority date parties, USC gameday, and even the Stanford gameday! Highly recommend the Lounge Nail Spa!

My mom loves this place. Super spacious and the decor here is really pretty. Totally gives you the spa vibe. Nice staff and clean stations. Ken is really nice and he is always super helpful. I would recommend calling ahead to book appointments but we've also walked-in and they always try to accommodate us.

My friend recommended The Lounge Nail Spa to me, so I decided to try it out. It is my favorite place in the East Bay and by far one of the best nail salons I've been to. I'm not going to go anywhere else to get my manicures and pedicures.
Everyone here is friendly, professional, and attentive. The nail technicians shape my nails exactly how I want them, and they come out perfect every single time. The cuticles are trimmed perfectly, and the paint job is fantastic. When I asked for an additional trim or file, the technician was happy to fix it. The ladies are all so sweet, accommodating

One of the worst salons I've been to in my LIFE. I wanted a deluxe Pedi normally when I go to salons they ask what type of pedi you'd like. Pretty much I wanted the deluxe lavender and the lady RUSHED took no time legit finished my whole pedicure in 19 mins I was out the door. She scraped the bottom of my feet so hard they legit hurt and itch. The man at the register told me they don't allow employees to ask what you'd like so they automatically assume you want the cheapest one could be because I was also wearing my pajamas and they stereotyped me and thought I couldn't

We were having a celebration day and for some reason I decided, late in the day, I wanted to get a mani pedi. My partner looked for a spot still open that could take us. He found one--BINGO!
I was super excited, how lucky to be squeezed in--not so fast. Now I understand.
The place looks nice. You'd think it would be better, especially in present climate...
Not so fast, hold my beer...

My new go-to nail salon in Oakland! I came here on a whim because it was right next to the Safeway I frequent. My friend and I both got out nails done, I got a full acrylic set with multi-color designs and it came out beautiful! I'm absolutely obsessed and could not be happier with how they came out. I thought the pricing was really reasonable (there is an added $5 for different colors, and $5 for designs). I will be definitely be returning!

The only shop I could find in Oakland that provided full sets for toes! Anna did an amazing job and the service there was great. The shop is really beautiful, and the staff use protective shields, masks, gloves, and pedicure tub liners for sanitary reasonings! I definitely plan on coming back soon.

I went here to get a pedicure and a full set. It was later in the day and they rushed right through my nails. The aftermath was horrible. My acrylic was lumpy to say the least and the started popping off within 2 days. Upside, the pedicure what phenomenal, I really enjoyed it and the people were very kind.

My favorite nail salon in Oakland. They are very clean, and always very nice, and attentive. I'm always very satisfied with my service(s). Tammy does my nail designs and I absolutely love it! Kelly does my waxing, she's super gentle, and removed every strand of hair. Ken always warm welcomes me into their salon, as a customer I feel warm, welcomed, and valued. They're also very patient, and reasonably priced.
I don't go anywhere else for my nails and pedicure.

Very clean, very well designed beautiful place to relax and get your nails done. Staff explains pricing well and any add ons with no surprises. Tempature check and hand sanitizer required before entering. Ken the Manager was wiping every chair and anything that was touched after each client entered. My feet and hands felt clean and attention to detail was refreshing. Nothing like getting your nails done and not liking the quality of the work.
I asked for fire red and that I had a red that had to much orange in it and he made sure I had the right one. Showed me 3 diffrent ones to get the right
