Sy came promptly to assess my screen and gave me a great quote. He took all of the measurements, and had the screen ready in a few days! They came to deliver the screen, installed it for me, and also took my broken screen to dispose for me. The screen works perfectly and slides very smoothly. He is also very nice and a good person. Stacey was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He communicated well to set up an appointment to look at the screen doors that needed re-screening. He gave me a reasonable estimate on the spot to which I agreed, and took the screens with him in his truck. Two days later he returned them and helped me to reinstall, which was trickier than removing them! I highly recommend Stacey.

Our dog ripped a hole in the screen door on our lanai and based on Yelp reviews I gave Stacey's a call. There's an old saying that you can have up to 2 of 3 - Fast, Good, and Cheap.
Was the job fast? Depends on how you define fast. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly, though he showed up over 3 hours late. The work was certainly completed quickly, as Sy "didn't feel like taking the door off the track".

The guy I met was Stacy I assume. I sent out a text to his number I got from YELP at around 7 am an got a reply in about 10 minutes. I explained the job and since it was kind of small he asked if I could drop off the broken screen to him which I like a lot better then having a person come to the house. I had sent pictures to him and he quoted me a price over the phone. I dropped off the broken screen at his shop near OCCC and was told it would take about an hour. Went shopping and got the call to pick it up just as scheduled. Couldn't ask for a better job and would definitely recommend.

We just bought a condo and didn't know how to get a screen for our window. He was a recommended vendor si we called him in he came out the same day. He also measure and gave us a quote that was much 1/3 of the price of another company. We kind of worried when it was so little but we liked him so much we went with him. Besides the price was right.
The recommended a bar in the middle to make it more secure but I didn't like it as it would ruin our view. He agreed to do it the way we wanted but he wanted to warn us that it was not as sturdy.

I used Stacy and Sy on recommendation from his brother and my other tennis friends. You know in Hawaii we try to help friends out. So last year it took them nearly 3 months to make 3 simple window frames and screens. When I called to see when it'll be ready after waiting 2 months they said they'll get to it as soon as they get back from las Vegas. Ok fast forward to today I should slap myself to think any thing had changed. I just want one window screen and frame replaced and it's been 4 months and still no answer. We wanted to use this business bc our neighbors had spoken so highly of them. So Sy came to our apt and took measurements. Seemed very friendly and actually took one of our window screens to use as a reference. Bc we were asking for specialty security screens we thought maybe he can't do it or taking a while to figure it out. Fast forward a few weeks and no call.
