As a legal resident of the United States, you may apply for visas for your fiancee or family members to join you in the country. The DACA program offers relief to those who arrived in the U. S. as a child and seek to remain in the country, granting protection from removal. If you are seeking legal immigration for yourself or others based on your family relationships, talk to our attorneys today.

We can help you, as a foreign investor or entrepreneur, to obtain a visa for traveling and/or residency in the United States. We can also assist you in growing your staff by making it possible to hire skilled international workers or obtain visas for foreign employees to join you in the U. S. Contact our attorneys to review your business's immigration or visa needs and discover how we can help.
Services
We will identify the best defense to help you avoid deportation, and have a track record of successfully defeating charges that would otherwise lead to deportation from the Bakersfield area and the United States. If you are the immediate relative of a U.S. permanent resident or citizen, we can help you apply for a green card to legally immigrate here.
The EB1 visa is a permanent visa. While the O1 visa has similar requirements, it is a temporary visa for those not seeking permanent immigrant status. While the H1B visa is for professional workers, the EB1 visa is for workers with an extraordinary ability. This extraordinary ability must be provable with documentation, typically coming from peer reviewed scholarly and professional journals or other similar sources.
Unlike the permanent EB1 visa, the O1 visa is issued for 3 years and must be renewed every year after that, though there are no limits on how many times it can be renewed. If you are an employer seeking to hire international workers, please contact us for a free consultation regarding the O1 visa and its appropriateness for your needs.
The L1 visa is for foreign workers employed by a multinational company that also has offices in the United States. The visa is required for employees who are being temporarily transferred to the U.S. office. The L1A visa is for executives and managers, while the L1B is for workers with specialized knowledge.
An EB2 visa ordinarily requires a permanent job offer and a Labor Certification. The permanent job offer, and by extension, the Labor Certification, can be waived if it is in the national interests of the United States. Because the permanent job offer requirement will be waived if the waiver is approved, a foreign national can file this petition on his or her own behalf, though employers may file as well.

Juan, Arturo, Winston, and the whole team made the process of obtaining a green card extremely straightforward; the team provided terrific advice and submitted all applications on our behalf. Our experience was that we obtained a permanent residence card within 5 months of our application.
Thank you so much!

Winston and his team worked to make this a smooth and painless experience, from our initial phone consultation, where he answered all of my questions, to the filing of the paperwork and conclusion of the application. Their attention to the details meant I was comfortable nothing was being forgotten or overlooked. I recommend this business without reservation.

In the beginning, we were hesitant to get a lawyer for this process but we are glad we did. We did a lot of research before choosing a firm and we are glad we went with this one. Juan, Linda, Arthur and the rest of team were extremely helpful with the process and were quick to answer any questions we had. We sent out the application in the middle of June 2021 and my wife received her green card late November 2021. I referred the firm to a friend of mine and I would recommend their services to anyone needing immigration services.

We want to thank Linda & Winston and the entire ILOLA team and really appreciate their help and support through the whole immigration process. We have been with Linda and Winston since 2013 and they helped our entire family through the immigration process. They are always available and answer all of our questions and concerns immediately. My wife became a citizen today and we are so excited! Linda and Winston are simply the best at what they do!
We strongly recommend their services and we will always continue to use them

If you are trying to get a nanny visa, Linda and Winston are your best bet. We did detailed research in the government data base and they are one of the few law firms across US who has success record in applying one-off H2b visa. It is not an easy process but our nanny was able to secure her visa with Winston’s help and just arrived in Chicago last week. Their fee is more expensive than other law firms with only seasonal H2b experience, but looking back I felt it’s worth every penny as one off H2b is much harder than the seasonal ones

The ILOLA team is a professional, and effective team. Time and time again renewing my work permit is trouble free with their assistance. Throughout those renewals, they have handled my visa case with the same support that gained my trust since I first worked with them many years ago, all while answering my doubts, providing updates and guidance. I trust ILOLA.

The entire team in ILOLA were very helpful in processing my mothers case to get her green card. The I-130/485 and all other requirements that she needed for her green card were processed in only 3 months! I am currently working with the same law office to get my wife her green card. In addition, when you’ll have questions, they are always happy to help and explain all in detail.

Linda and her amazing team were the absolute best!
I was going through a green card application and the previous lawyer I had, made a lot of bad mistakes on my case which delayed my original application.
Linda and Winston took over and not only rectified my previous lawyer's mistakes but got my application submitted and approved very quickly.
They took great care of me and were always incredibly fast when It came to answering any questions I had. They prepared me for my interview and made me feel very comfortable with this difficult process.
Going with them was a great decision and I highly

Linda, Winston and the team were there for us every step of the way for our green card by marriage process (I’m an Aussie married to an American). They were calm and reassuring when we were worried or unsure, and always available if we had questions. We had a straightforward case but it will still such a relief to have them handle it and take the stress out of it all. We spoke with a couple of firms in our search and so pleased we went with ILOLA - they are worth every penny. I’ve already recommended them to a few friends. Thanks for everything!
